NetFocus supports the following operating systems: Android 6.0+, iOS 13+, Harmony OS, Windows 10/11.

NetFocus is a web-based application and does not have minimum system requirements.

Policies can be grouped into customizable profiles and then deployed to the desired group of users.

Yes! All configurations can be applied to individual users, and you can assign security policy profiles to each device. Security policies can also be deployed in bulk by assigning profiles to groups of users.

No, a factory reset is not required.

Only if the device has been reset to factory settings.

Reports can be found in the “Reports” section which can be accessed from the web or mobile dashboard. Some reports are automatically displayed on the dashboards.

Detailed reports on antivirus activity, access request history and statistics, website and application usage as well as DNS-layer security can be found in the NetFocus application. You can also access identity theft protection statistics and information on previously performed data breach checks.

The NetFocus onboarding process consists of a few simple steps, which you need to take during your first configuration. Security policies need to be added and their settings configured. You also need to add and/or import your users and their devices. These actions are explained in detail during the onboarding process. You also receive a quick overview of NetFocus’ key features.

Currently, NetFocus is offered as a subscription service. You can choose between a monthly and an annual subscription.
